She was responsible for providing creative leadership within a design-centric business; created beautiful and intuitive products for customers to love while spear-headiing an amazing design team that worked closely with cross-functional partners to make healthcare more approachable, focusing on both Rx and non-Rx product offerings in hair care, skin care, sexual health and wellness sectors.
Deena has held multiple creative director roles at companies such as Minted and Brandless, working closely with the CEO/founders to lead the creative and brand strategy. She continues to specialize in marrying brand, product and strategy through the lens of retail, e-commerce, and sustainability.
